Here at My OT and Me, we have extensive experience in providing Occupational Therapy services to Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) consumers. The best part is that we provide services in the comfort of your own home. 

 

Our Occupational Therapy services include:

  • Falls prevention

  • Dementia care

  • Scooter & mobility assessment and training

  • Palliative care

  • Chronic pain management

  • Pressure Care

We will assist you and your family in any way that we can to maximise your  independence and improve your quality of life.  After an initial assessment, your My OT and Me Occupational Therapist will coordinate with you, your Case Managers, carers, family and other relevant health professionals to help you regain as much of your independence.
