Hello,

Welcome to My OT & Me

My name is Kendie and I am the director of My OT and Me, a mobile Occupational Therapy service in Adelaide.

Over the past 10 years, I have worked as an Occupational Therapist, working across different areas of health and disability.

My interest areas have always been focused on working with individuals living in the community, in which my previous career paths have allowed me opportunities to work across various Government and Non Government settings. These opportunities gave me first hand experience on how challenging it can be for participants and consumers to navigate the NDIS system.

I have discovered a love for the community setting, more importantly providing a flexible, holistic approach to therapy and advocating for those who are disadvantaged and have fallen through the gaps in our healthcare system.

So in 2023, I decided to follow my heart and launched My OT and Me. A service which specialises in supporting you and your family navigate the NDIS and Home Care Package system to pursue your life goals.
