At My OT & Me, we take the time to listen, understand what's important to you and help you figure out what comes next.
Whether it's finding the right supports, making everyday life a little easier, staying in the home you love or getting back to doing the things that matter to you, we're here to work alongside you and your family.
We're particularly passionate about advocating for people who have fallen through the gaps, making sure you feel heard, understood and supported along the way.

I started My OT & Me because I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood and supported, especially those who have spent far too long trying to find the right help. As an occupational therapist, I'm committed to working alongside people and their families to find practical solutions that make a genuine difference to their everyday lives.
